According to the ISCP’s website, “undergraduate physiotherapy education programmes in the Irish universities (University College, Dublin; Trinity College, Dublin; the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland; University of Limerick) are accredited by the ISCP.” 2
After successfully completing the degree program at any of the accredited Irish universities, you may be eligible to become a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP). If you obtained your physiotherapy degree outside Ireland, you may need to apply for individual qualification validation to become a member of the ISCP. Members of the ISCP can work in the Irish public health system. Some member physiotherapist may also be in the private sector.
